What the classes teach

The Tuesday class follows the Small Business MBA, so the topics are the work of running a business:

  • Knowing your numbers: the few that tell you what to fix first.
  • Knowing your market: who you serve, and the tier you price for.
  • Building a customer engine: getting found, following up and turning conversations into sales.
  • Raising your prices with confidence, and tightening the systems so the business runs without you in every decision.
  • Planning the year ahead, one piece of work at a time.
